As the Head of Digital and Innovation at ARDARA - a PIF Projects, Bandar lead’s the development and execution of the digital strategy for new mega project that aim to diversify the economy and create a positive social impact. With over 20 years of experience in Digital and Technology domains, I am passionate about leveraging technologies, innovations, and digital transformation to enable business excellence and sustainability.

Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer at Maaden, where he guided the team to establish the full-range of IT services for a new phosphate company, managing and delivering over 50 projects. He was also an integral developer of the Maaden Digitalization Strategy 2025 and a member of the Board of Managers of Maaden Fertilizer Company. Bandar is skilled in business analysis, business intelligence, budgeting, strategic planning, and IT service management. I hold a BS in Industrial Management - MIS from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and a Business Excellence certificate from Harvard Business School.
